Shipping policy

At Aesthetic Shoppe, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will ship.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:
3–5 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

E-books are delivered digitally and should be available within 48 hours of purchase.


International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping. Please check back as we expand.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

First, check with neighbors or around your delivery area.

If it’s still missing, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

Then, reach out to us at team.aestheticshoppe@gmail.com with your order number and claim details. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note: Aesthetic Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
